Screen Tearing Issues

I tried streaming from my PS5 to my PC monitor via a capture card and I noticed on the VOD that there was really bad screen tearing. I didn't see any screen tearing while I was playing at all and it didn't look like it showed up on OBS as well, but it definitely showed when I was rewatching the VOD. Is there anything on OBS that I should think about changing to have this not happen? Or is this a problem with my PS5, Monitor

My monitor is 1920x1080 144hz

Device name DESKTOP-K16OHQ4
Processor AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 6-Core Processor 3.70 GHz
Installed RAM 16.0 GB
Graphics Card MSI Geforce 3070Ti

The capture card is a 4k 1080 60fps.
